The Troutman Foundation is an endowment fund that was established for the purpose of furthering the mission work of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Boone, NC. All submissions must have a Grace Lutheran Church sponsor. Grant guidelines, instructions and printable applications are available through the "Grant Application" link, or at the church office. All Grant Applications must be received no later than March 1st.
