The Troutman Foundation is an endowment fund that was established for the purpose of furthering the mission work of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Boone, NC. All submissions must have a Grace Lutheran Church sponsor. Grant guidelines, instructions and printable applications are available through the "Grant Application" link, or at the church office.
