Facility Use

Grace Lutheran has a prime location, right on King Street in the heart of Boone, NC. We also have a wonderful main building with a variety of room options.
We offer our spaces to many different groups, both for church and community activities. Please note, that we receive a lot of requests for our spaces,
so we have an approval process.

If you are interested in having ongoing meetings or a one-time event, there is an application (see below) to complete which our office will review for calendar availability. Our Church Council will review and must formally approve as well.
Also, for some groups, facility use fees may apply.

Ideally, we need one month's notice in advance to review Facility Use requests, as we have a pretty active calendar most of the year, plus our Church Council typically meets just once a month.

Please note that our church-related activities will take precedent over
outside requests. Thank you for understanding.
